Return/Refund Policy
CLAYTEX Trophies Inc. strives to provide high quality stock and custom products, superior service, and fast delivery on all of our services. Please contact us for a replacement within 10 days if the item you receive is broken or damaged in anyway, or if we made an error in fulfilling your order.
Returns
All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). No merchandise will be accepted back at CLAYTEX unless there is a RA# visible on the return package.
There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returned merchandise.
Credits for returned merchandise will not be issued until merchandise in question has been received back at CLAYTEX in it’s original packaging.
If merchandise being returned is damaged in transit back to CLAYTEX due to poor or improper packaging , no credit will be issued. If damage is caused by carrier CLAYTEX will file a claim with carrier and credit will be issued when claim is settled with carrier.
Cancellation Policy
Please know that if you place an order for any stock item and then cancel you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Any custom jobs where the work has been preformed is non refundable and may not be cancelled.
