What is the average turn around time for custom items?
Depending on the custom product ordered, each order is taken with customers required date needed, discussed and agreed upon.
What is the best format for a logo?
JPEG at the highest quality available (300 dpi preferred) preferably black & white.
How do I receive a quote?
Email: sales@claytex.net or call 800-433-0965. Include contact name, phone number, the product, quantity, size, color, logo/artwork, shipping address, and any necessary information for your job to proceed.
Will I receive a proof?
Yes, no custom job will start until you have signed an approval on your proof.
Can you engrave or laser items not purchased form ClayTex?
NO
Does ClayTex make custom wood products?
YES in MDF, Solid Walnut, Oak and any other special order wood.
Does ClayTex make shadow boxes?
Yes we have both a stock line and we make custom sizes in a variety of woods.
Are your Championship Balls made of metal?
No, we made the metal ball for many years and found that customers did not like the idea of having to polish them when they tarnished and the detail was not complete. Our new awards is a cast process, has no seams and is a plated finish. The detail is much better than the old metal ball.
Are your custom medals shiny gold or antique gold?
All of our medals are an antique finish to show the detail much better.
How much is the art charge?
Art charges are $35.00 per hour with a minimum of $17.50 if we have to rework any art.
Do I have to buy in case quantities?
No you may purchase less than case quantities.
